Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Baker Hughes, you will lead the safe and reliable delivery of energy‑related products to customers while ensuring compliance with company procedures and HSE standards. You will manage warehouse operations, coordinate material planning, and support the execution of critical material segregation for high‑value contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and storage standards in line with Baker Hughes policies.
• Compile and review high‑value customer lists, material requirements, and critical material reports.
• Analyze inventory versus critical material needs and generate recommendations for material segregation.
• Create goods receipts, assess capacity constraints, and adjust material quantities as needed.
• Collaborate with Logistics Coordinators and Service Delivery Coordinators to align inventory, capacity, and stocking levels.
• Communicate modifications to the Inventory Coordinator and ensure execution of the original or revised plan.
• Uphold HSE standards by applying the five fundamentals of a perfect HSE day.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED with relevant forklift experience.
• Proven experience in quality, logistics, warehouse, or inventory‑management environments.
• Strong problem‑identification and improvement implementation abilities.
• Team‑player mindset with collaborative work style.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
