Wellsite Supervisor

About the role

The Wellsite Supervisor is the on‑site leader responsible for the safe, timely and budget‑conscious execution of drilling, completion and workover programs. Reporting to the Integrated Solutions Field Superintendent, you will act as the primary liaison between the client, rig contractors and internal engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HSE on the wellsite, conduct daily safety meetings and manage emergency response.
• Supervise all technical and operational aspects of the project in line with the approved well program.
• Plan and coordinate rig moves, ensuring sites are ready to minimise non‑productive time.
• Coordinate third‑party contractors and product lines to keep operations flowing smoothly.
• Oversee mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment and personnel, maintaining cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate Daily Drilling Reports (DDRs) and track project KPIs.
• Ensure all equipment and personnel certifications are current and compliant.
• Provide first‑line technical support, troubleshoot equipment failures and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in oilfield environments, able to run meetings and coach junior staff.
• Strong operational acumen with a deep technical understanding of drilling and workover operations.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on precise reporting and thorough shift handovers.
• Calm, analytical problem‑solver who can keep projects on track under pressure.
