About the role
Quantios is seeking an Account Manager to lead go‑to‑market campaigns across EMEA and the Americas. The role focuses on driving revenue growth for Quantios’ next‑generation SaaS platform, helping clients migrate from on‑premise solutions and working closely with the partner network.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve annual revenue targets within the direct client base.
- Meet co‑sell revenue goals across EMEA and the Americas.
- Develop and execute partner‑aligned territory and account plans with clear KPIs.
- Generate pipeline both directly and through partners, identifying migration opportunities.
- Lead qualification to closing for direct and co‑sell engagements, coordinating with partner sales teams.
- Mobilise internal resources (pre‑sales, professional services, product) to support deals.
- Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with key client decision‑makers.
- Communicate Quantios SaaS migration value proposition to multiple executive personas.
- Identify strategic drivers and blockers in target accounts and craft tailored strategies.
- Equip partners with tools, messaging and knowledge to position Quantios solutions.
Required profile
- Proven success in sales, channel sales or co‑sell roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong track record managing large, complex sales in financial services, wealth management or trust & corporate services.
- Experience navigating multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and executing GTM campaigns at scale.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with partners and clients.
- Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Deep curiosity, strong questioning and listening abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
