About the role
Join Nokia's dynamic sales team covering Eastern and Central Africa. As an Account Manager you will work directly with CSP and enterprise customers in Kenya and the wider East African region, focusing on the MI (CNS) and NI portfolio. The role blends office collaboration, on‑site customer engagement and hybrid working.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing CSP and enterprise customers, achieving sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using market knowledge and personal network.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery and operations teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity identification to contract closure.
- Own the sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM data and ensure disciplined forecasting.
- Mentor junior team members and share innovative ideas for process improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales within telecom or technology sectors.
- Strong ability to engage senior decision‑makers and build trust‑based relationships.
- Independent work style with a collaborative team mindset.
- Analytical mindset to identify problems and drive improvements.
