About the role
The GA Field Supervisor is responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor relationships, and leading a field team to achieve performance targets. This role combines account management, team leadership, and operational excellence to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with distributors, account managers and partners to meet and exceed sales growth targets.
- Maintain detailed sales target control and address customer queries promptly.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely cascade of information, track team activities, and provide accurate daily attendance records.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with L&D or HR to deliver required training.
- Maintain Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and submit regular reports to line manager.
- Coordinate with distributor customer service to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Manage expenditures, assets (including HHT devices), and compliance with regulations.
- Develop route plans, call cycles and maintain a database of team customers.
- Oversee store KPIs, stock management, planogram implementation and in‑store activations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management and sales supervision.
- Strong team‑leadership skills with the ability to monitor performance and enforce discipline.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage joint business plans, route planning and reporting.
- Ability to work closely with distributors, store managers and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail for leave management, attendance tracking and compliance.
