Aircraft Refuelling Operator & Driver

About the role

We are seeking safety‑conscious, dependable individuals to join our team as Aircraft Refuelling Operators / Drivers. This hands‑on operational role involves driving fuelling vehicles, conducting pre‑use checks, handling aviation fuel, refuelling aircraft and completing routine inspections and records in line with approved procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and precisely position fuelling vehicles at the airport.
• Perform pre‑use vehicle and equipment checks and report any defects.
• Handle aviation fuel safely and operate fuelling pumps, meters and hoses to refuel aircraft.
• Complete routine inspections, operating records and documentation according to procedures.

Required profile

• Valid NTSA driving licence (commercial/heavy‑vehicle category preferred) and ability to obtain airport access pass.
• Minimum KCSE Grade C (or equivalent), computer literacy and any vocational training in fuel handling or related fields.
• 1–3 years experience in driving, fuel handling, airport ground operations or similar safety‑controlled roles.
• Strong understanding of HSE procedures, spill prevention and emergency response, including firefighting equipment operation.
