Beautician - Skincare & Aesthetic Treatments

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Beautician in Allsops within the beauty, wellness and personal care industry. The role covers professional skincare, facial and aesthetic treatments, client consultation and product recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional skincare, facial, beauty and other aesthetic treatments based on client needs and established protocols.
• Assess each client's skin and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Conduct thorough consultations, advise on skincare routines and build positive client relationships.
• Recommend products and treatment plans with accurate information on usage and benefits, and stay aware of new products and trends.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, and clean, disinfect and maintain rooms, tools and equipment.
• Keep accurate, confidential client records, monitor feedback and outcomes, and ensure treatment areas are stocked.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in skincare, spa, beauty treatments or a related pharmacy/beauty product environment.
• Proven practical experience delivering professional beauty and skincare treatments.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Strong client consultation and assessment skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty products.
• Good understanding of hygiene, health and safety standards.
