About the role

Windsor Place is looking for a full-time Recreation Assistant to help plan and lead engaging activities that promote social, physical and cognitive well-being for its residents. The role is described as community-focused and offers flexible scheduling depending on the specific position.

Required profile

Experience in recreational programming or senior care
Energetic, creative and personable
Compassionate, respectful, reliable and team-focused
Passionate about supporting seniors and able to maintain a high standard of care and professionalism
Experience and certifications such as a PSW diploma, nursing license or Food Handler Certification may be required depending on the position
