About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Consultant to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and supporting team development. This remote, full‑time position offers the chance to shape our market expansion strategy and work closely with senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert new leads to support business growth and market expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Design and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Present solutions, proposals, and strategic recommendations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Train, mentor, and support new team members.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activities, and growth metrics.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings and virtual presentations.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in business development, consulting, sales, or strategic growth roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in lead generation and relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and within a team‑oriented environment.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Professional mindset with a growth‑oriented approach.
