Regional Account Manager – South East (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our commercial team and drive growth across the South East of England. This remote position focuses on the Health, Housing and Social Care (H&SC) sectors, supporting the Sales Director, National Sales Manager and Senior Account Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new leads, building a strong sales pipeline.
• Convert leads into prospects by understanding their service delivery models.
• Educate prospects on integrated health and care solutions.
• Use both transactional and consultative sales approaches to win new business.
• Target adjacent market sectors to expand the regional customer base.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to increase revenue.
• Lead regional territory reviews and support operational reviews with customers.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas across multiple revenue streams.
• Experience in a target‑driven sales environment with strong relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to engage customers at various organisational levels.
• High business and financial acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
