Business & Portfolio Development Manager

About the role
The Business & Portfolio Development Manager will drive the growth of Brites Management Services' rental portfolio in Nairobi. You will identify new residential assets, secure landlord partnerships and increase tenant occupancy through strategic sales and market development.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire residential properties suitable for the company’s rental portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, agents and corporate relocation partners.
- Negotiate lease agreements that meet operational and commercial standards.
- Generate tenant leads, conduct viewings, and convert leads into signed leases.
- Monitor market trends, track leasing conversions and provide regular performance updates.
Required profile
- Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Property Management, Marketing, Finance, Land Economics or a related field.
- Minimum six years of experience in sales or business development within real estate or adjacent industries.
