The Role
As a Certified Aesthetician, you deliver the treatments our patients remember, from facials and
chemical peels to laser and skin rejuvenation.
You assess skin honestly, recommend what truly helps, and carry out each treatment with skill,
safety, and a gentle touch. You are a big part of why patients leave feeling like the best version
of themselves.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out aesthetic treatments such as facials, peels, microneedling, laser, and skin
rejuvenation to a high standard.
- Assess each patient's skin and build honest, realistic treatment plans, often alongside
our dermatologists.
- Explain treatments, aftercare, and expected results clearly and warmly.
- Keep treatment rooms, tools, and equipment clean, sterile, and ready.
- Recommend suitable skincare and products without overselling.
- Track patient progress and keep accurate treatment records.
- Stay current on techniques, with special attention to melanin-rich skin.
- Participate in clinic marketing initiatives and content creation.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A recognized certification or diploma in aesthetics, beauty therapy, or medical
aesthetics.
- Hands-on experience with facials, peels, and light or laser-based treatments.
- A real understanding of how to treat darker skin tones safely.
- A steady hand, an eye for detail, and a caring manner.
- Comfort recommending products and treatments with honesty.
- A firm commitment to hygiene, safety, and ongoing learning.
