Client & Bookings Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Client & Bookings Manager to be the first point of contact for our studio’s inbound enquiries. Working remotely, you will guide prospects through our music, podcast, video, events and equipment‑hire services, ensuring a smooth journey from initial contact to confirmed booking.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming WhatsApp messages, calls, emails and other inbound communications.
• Handle studio, production and equipment‑hire bookings, matching client needs with the appropriate service.
• Follow up on enquiries, convert interest into confirmed bookings and coordinate schedules.
• Assist with invoicing, payment confirmations and day‑to‑day studio coordination when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, customer service, account management, hospitality or a similar client‑facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, responsive and able to juggle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
