Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network.
• Help prospective users understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Gather and share feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and onboarding, including bonuses for bringing your own company on board.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consulting specialist with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without fixed quotas.
