About the role
We are looking for a reliable Construction Manager to lead civil construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor construction progress and adjust plans to address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, costs, and timelines.
