Customer Success Engineer Intern (Finance)

About the role

ABNO Softwares International is looking for a Customer Success Engineer Intern with a finance background to join its team in Nairobi. The internship offers structured training in ERP systems with a strong focus on financial modules, giving hands-on experience in technical implementation, configuration and optimisation of ERP solutions while supporting daily operations and client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and configuring ERP financial modules such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Support system maintenance and optimisation to keep financial data accurate and stable.
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks and help resolve finance-related client support tickets.
• Take part in user training sessions so clients understand financial workflows in ERP systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• CPA Part I (Section 2) minimum.
• Interest in ERP systems and enterprise software; prior exposure to financial systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn technical ERP aspects and work with cross-functional teams.
