Customer (Supplier) Support Associate – German

About the role

As a Customer (Supplier) Support Associate you will be the primary point of contact for suppliers in our clients' supply chains. You will help gather compliance information, troubleshoot requests, and ensure high‑quality documentation, with a focus on German‑speaking partners.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers via email, chat and conference calls to collect compliance data and assist with requests.
• Support top‑tier suppliers, acting as a trusted resource for their compliance needs.
• Handle inbound emails and chats, providing troubleshooting and guidance for compliance processes.
• Engage unresponsive suppliers through multi‑channel outreach, education webinars and calls.
• Provide language support for internal translations, webinars and sales prospect calls.
• Collaborate with the Program Success team to design strategies for new customers, campaigns and supplier issues.
• Validate and ensure quality assurance of compliance data submitted by suppliers.
• Mentor fellow Supplier Support Agents as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency (German, Italian, French) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma from a recognized institution.
• 1‑2 years of experience in administration, reporting, research, supplier/customer support or call‑center environments.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.
