About the role
Thrivin Africa Outsourcing is seeking fluent Portuguese speakers to join its Customer Support team. You will assist international brands by handling inquiries and providing high‑quality service to customers across various industries.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.
- Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service standards.
Required profile
- Fluent Portuguese (B2–C1 level).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
