Data Analyst Associate

About the role

The Data Analyst Associate will support Chancen International by turning complex data sets into clear insights that guide strategic decisions. Working closely with department heads, you will help identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency across the organization’s education‑financing programs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements from heads of departments and prioritize data‑driven projects aligned with business goals.
• Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards and reports using data‑visualisation tools.
• Document methodologies, processes and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to raise data literacy among staff.
• Analyse data proactively to answer stakeholder questions, highlight performance drivers and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Perform quarterly system data audits and resolve data quality issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in database administration, report development and data issue resolution.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative attitude to work with cross‑functional teams and drive data‑informed decisions.
