About the role
CloudPlexo is looking for a results‑driven Enterprise Account Manager to join its Technology Consulting practice. In this strategic position you will own a portfolio of enterprise‑level client accounts, act as the trusted advisor for complex technology transformation projects, and partner with consulting, delivery, and solutions teams to create measurable business value.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep, trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and executive sponsor, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular executive business reviews to align on strategic goals, review delivery performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Own revenue targets, driving year‑over‑year growth through upsell, cross‑sell, and contract renewals.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities within existing accounts in collaboration with practice leads and solution architects.
- Lead commercial negotiations, scope definition, and proposal development for new and expanded engagements.
- Maintain an accurately forecasted sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with client business objectives and CloudPlexo’s service capabilities.
- Partner with delivery managers and project teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Results‑driven professional with a proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and delivering technology transformation engagements.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue growth and client retention.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
