About the role
EcoSafi is seeking a Team Leader for its Super Dealer Network to drive performance, discipline and growth across the dealer ecosystem in an assigned region. The role leads field teams, ensures strong dealer performance, maintains stock and portfolio integrity, and delivers branch‑level targets while working through Super Dealer Relations Officers.
Key responsibilities
- Own overall performance of the Super Dealer network within the assigned region.
- Drive growth in active and earning stoves, reorders and customer retention; monitor trends and implement corrective actions.
- Lead, coach and support field teams responsible for dealer engagement; set clear targets, expectations and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide structured feedback.
- Deliver all branch‑level targets set by the business; translate regional goals into team and individual objectives.
- Track performance daily, weekly and monthly and intervene early when targets are at risk.
- Provide oversight of portfolio health across dealers, ensuring continuity of service and a positive customer experience.
- Monitor churn risks, reorder gaps and service disruptions.
- Ensure strong stock governance across dealer outlets; review stock audits and reconciliations.
Required profile
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and adapts quickly to changing circumstances.
- Proven track record working with diverse teams and delivering measurable results.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with experience managing field teams.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales and operational targets.
