About the role
The Executive Communications & Partnerships Manager will drive internal communication across CFK Africa’s programmes and steward the organisation’s growing network of partners and stakeholders. Reporting to the CEO/Executive Director, the role ensures teams stay informed, aligned and connected while maintaining accurate partnership records.
Key responsibilities
- Lead internal communications to keep staff updated on priorities and programme developments.
- Maintain and update the partnership database, tracking engagement and follow‑up actions.
- Coordinate and execute main and special events, collaborating with the Communications and Media Manager.
- Document events through photography, video and storytelling for internal and external audiences.
- Support financial stewardship, safeguarding and impact reporting related to partnership activities.
Required profile
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working in NGOs or similar mission‑driven environments.
- Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Required skills
- Proficiency in event planning and coordination.
- Experience with partnership database management.
- Basic photography and video capture for storytelling purposes.
