Financial Advisor - Wealth Management

About the role

Britam Holdings Limited, a diversified financial services group listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange, is hiring a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor for its retail distribution team in Nairobi. The advisor will serve as the main point of contact for affluent and high-net-worth prospects, delivering financial planning, investment advice and retirement planning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clients with expert financial planning, investment advisory and retirement planning services.
• Generate a continuous, dedicated pipeline of retail leads and engage them effectively.
• Convert prospects into long-term clients holding premium wealth management and life insurance portfolios.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven ability to analyse financial data and design innovative investment solutions.
• Knowledge of the regional market and economic trends is highly desirable.
• Certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or a Diploma in Insurance are an advantage.
