Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a leading global IT services and consulting firm. In this fully remote position you will work directly with enterprise customers to implement and scale cutting‑edge AI solutions, ensuring smooth adoption and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure AI models and supporting infrastructure for enterprise clients, meeting performance and scalability targets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions based on customer needs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployed systems to support ongoing operations.
• Provide technical leadership through training, best‑practice guidance, and proactive support for customers.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a track record of diagnosing complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
