General Manager – Kenya Operations

About the role

Marginpar, a global leader in floriculture, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its Kenyan operations. You will be responsible for translating the Group’s strategic vision into operational excellence across multiple farms, driving productivity, sustainability and people development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete Kenyan operation, including several farms and diverse teams.
• Translate business strategy into operational execution and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting and key performance indicators.
• Develop leadership capabilities and strengthen organizational culture.
• Ensure high standards in sustainability, compliance and safety.
• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, authorities and communities.
• Support long‑term operational and organizational development initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
