About the role
Bilfinger is seeking a Global Account Manager to drive business growth across its industrial services portfolio. You will be the primary contact for strategic global accounts, shaping go‑to‑market strategies and creating cross‑border opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive value propositions and account plans aligned with Bilfinger’s growth strategy.
- Analyse customer structures, decision‑making processes, investment plans and competitive positioning.
- Build trusted relationships at multiple levels within customer organisations (purchasing, operations, management).
- Identify growth opportunities in collaboration with business units and establish professional global account management processes.
- Ensure a consistent customer image and contribute to product development and portfolio optimisation through regular feedback.
- Report on sales pipelines, short‑ and mid‑term prospects and quarterly initiatives using Salesforce.
- Maintain compliance with Bilfinger’s ethical standards and Business Code of Conduct.
Required profile
- University degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in the industrial services sector.
