Enterprise Account Executive – DEX Specialist (Remote, USA)

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for a DEX Sales Specialist to support its Americas sales teams. This specialist overlay role helps Account Executives, SDRs, and Channel partners identify opportunities, run high‑quality discovery, position TeamViewer’s Digital Experience (DEX) value, and accelerate revenue. The position is not quota‑carrying and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with AEs, SDRs, and Channel sellers to build DEX pipeline across the Americas.
• Join discovery and qualification calls, translate customer pain points into DEX use cases.
• Coach sellers on DEX messaging, competitive positioning, and value articulation.
• Shape and guide Proof of Value (PoV) engagements, including scoping, success criteria, storytelling, and playback.
• Support end‑to‑end sales cycles and improve seller capability through MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler methodologies.
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders, product, marketing, SE, and customer success teams.
• Represent TeamViewer at regional events and contribute to local marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS, Digital Workplace, EUC, IT Operations, or DEX‑related sales/technical sales.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to support consultative sales cycles with enterprise customers.
• Comfortable engaging VP and C‑level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to translate technical topics into business value.
