About the role
SANY Group, a global leader in construction machinery, is launching a Graduate Talent Development Program in Nairobi. The 3‑6 month program offers fresh university graduates the chance to work on real projects across several business functions.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in day‑to‑day activities of assigned department (Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, HR or other relevant functions).
- Support team members with data collection, reporting and basic administrative tasks.
- Assist in delivering customer service, processing orders, or handling finance‑related documentation as required.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Automotive, Engineering, Technical, HR, Administration, Sales or Marketing.
- Available to work on‑site in Nairobi for the full program duration.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office).
