About the role
The Group Lending Loan Officer will promote group loan products, recruit and educate borrower groups, and assess loan applications within the Mt. Kenya region. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the lending team at Brisk Credit.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and market group loan products to potential borrower groups.
- Recruit, train, and support borrower groups throughout the loan cycle.
- Assess loan applications, maintain accurate lending records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in group lending or a similar lending role.
