HR Intern

About the role

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, providing hands‑on learning across employee relations, talent acquisition, record management and HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to basic employee inquiries, assist with employee engagement initiatives and support the JML process.
• Maintain employee records, coordinate HR meeting logistics, and assist with benefits administration and payroll processing.
• Support recruitment by posting jobs, scheduling interviews and facilitating new‑hire onboarding.
• Assist in performance appraisal data collection, tracking metrics and preparing reports.
• Organise, digitise and index employee files, ensuring compliance with records‑management standards and audit requests.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, high accuracy and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good organisational, time‑management and communication skills with a proactive learning attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with document management and file‑organisation systems
• Familiarity with scanning/digitisation tools
