About the role
Digital Divide Data (DDD) is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day human resources operations in Nairobi. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the role ensures efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience across recruitment, contracts, payroll, performance management and employee welfare.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, advertise vacancies, screen applications, arrange interviews and conduct background and academic checks.
- Deliver onboarding and orientation sessions to help new hires settle into their roles.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, track expiry dates and manage renewals in line with labour laws.
- Consolidate monthly payroll inputs, process payroll and respond to employee payroll queries while maintaining confidentiality.
- Manage performance review cycles, compile scores and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate workplace injury reporting, WIBA claims and facilitate processing of medical expenses.
