Operations Manager

About the role

As an Operations Manager at Athena, you will act as the bridge between Athena members and their Executive Partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional support. You will build strong relationships, understand member goals, and intervene when needed to keep partnerships on track.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain exceptional partnerships with members and Executive Partners.
• Understand each member’s business and personal strategies to align resources.
• Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and drive mutual success.
• Resolve conflicts quickly and diplomatically.
• Lead a team of 10‑15 Executive Partners, providing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and member satisfaction across multiple countries and time zones.

Required profile

• At least five years of operations and people‑management experience.
• Three years of experience interfacing with foreign stakeholders, preferably American.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
• Police clearance available.
