About the role
Our client, Kenbright Holdings Limited, is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to support its growing insurance and financial services brokerage across East Africa. You will partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organisational goals and drive a high‑performing workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and programmes in line with corporate objectives and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment, from job description review to candidate selection, onboarding and probation management.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary advice, conflict mediation and exit interviews.
- Administer compensation, benefits and payroll, ensuring statutory contributions are processed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate training needs, learning programmes and development initiatives to build capability.
