Key Account Manager – Advertising

About the role

The Key Account Manager – Advertising will own revenue targets for a portfolio of brand accounts, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to campaign execution and upselling.

Key responsibilities

• Own a revenue target for a portfolio of brand accounts and build a hunting list and pipeline to achieve it.
• Run the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, close, launch campaigns, and manage upsell & retention.
• Develop media strategies, define campaign objectives, create multi‑channel media plans and allocate budgets against the JAS rate card.
• Negotiate commercial terms, rate structures and annual joint business plans.
• Convert one‑off campaigns into recurring investments through performance reviews and proactive upsell.
• Serve as the main commercial point of contact for brands and coordinate with internal KAM teams across categories.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing key accounts in advertising or media sales.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with brand stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
