Learner Client Project Manager – Fixed Term

About the role

The Learner Client Project Manager joins NTT DATA’s Client Implementation Project Management team in an entry‑level, fixed‑term capacity. You will act as the primary interface between clients and internal teams, guiding projects from concept through implementation and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with all project stakeholders to drive projects from concept to final delivery.
• Ensure solutions are delivered as‑sold, within budget, on schedule, and meet quality standards.
• Manage client satisfaction, expectations, and escalations to maintain high service levels.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, guaranteeing requirements are met and deliverables achieved.
• Coordinate planning, stakeholder management, team collaboration, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Act as the independent contributor responsible for service performance, improvement plans, reporting, and escalation management.
• Handle change requests related to scope of work, configuration items, and service coverage.
• Perform any other related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Seasoned proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines for service‑delivery projects.
• Proven capability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Excellent client‑centric communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple urgent requests, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
