Live Commerce Host

About the role

A client of Alinefacility Management is looking for an engaging, confident and results-driven Live Commerce Host to represent brands and products through live-streaming sessions on digital platforms. The host showcases products, demonstrates their features and benefits, interacts with the audience in real time, answers questions and drives sales through compelling presentations. The position is full-time and shift-based, based in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live product presentations following the company script
• Follow the structured Hook, Demo, Close format
• Maintain energy and clarity during long-duration sessions
• Rotate between Opening, Demonstration and Closing roles
• Work in scheduled shifts, with day and night rotation possible
• Collaborate with the control team and the data team

Required profile

• Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent (US or European accent preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, confident in front of a camera
• Ability to follow structured scripts accurately while keeping a natural, engaging delivery
• Highly disciplined, reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends when required
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, media, hospitality or another customer-facing role
• Quick learner who can adapt to new products, platforms and processes
• Multilingual proficiency, especially in French or Arabic, is an added advantage

What we offer

• Fixed salary of KES 30,000
• Performance bonus based on sales volume, up to KES 70,000
