About the role
WWF is seeking a Manager of Leadership Development to shape and deliver learning pathways that build a future‑ready workforce. You will work closely with the Director of Talent Development to embed WWF’s core values and ensure staff at all levels have the capabilities needed to drive the organization’s conservation strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and evaluate leadership development programmes aligned with WWF’s strategic goals.
- Conduct needs analyses and create tailored learning journeys for emerging and senior leaders.
- Partner with HR, senior managers and external providers to deliver blended learning experiences.
- Monitor programme impact, report on outcomes and continuously improve content.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and inclusive development across the global network.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leadership or talent development, preferably in a large, mission‑driven organization.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Passion for environmental conservation and alignment with WWF’s values.
- Ability to work across diverse cultures and geographic locations.
