Performance Management Specialist

About the role

The Performance Management Specialist will support WWF’s mission by ensuring that staff at all levels have clear performance expectations, receive regular feedback, and are equipped with development pathways that align with the organization’s strategic goals. This role sits within the Leadership Development team and reports to the Manager of Leadership Development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve WWF’s performance management framework and processes.
• Partner with managers and employees to set objectives, conduct performance reviews and identify development needs.
• Analyse performance data to provide insights and recommendations for talent development and workforce planning.
• Ensure alignment of performance practices with WWF’s core values, culture and strategic priorities.
• Support the rollout of learning and development initiatives that address identified skill gaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR performance management or talent development, preferably in a global or non‑profit environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commitment to WWF’s mission of conservation and sustainability.
