Manager, Specialist Sales – Mastercard Send

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Manager, Specialist Sales to lead the commercialization of Mastercard Send across the EEMEA region. You will act as a business owner, shaping both long‑term and short‑term strategies, and aligning product evolution with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a business development plan for assigned verticals, markets and key customers.
• Collaborate with local and divisional BD teams, Acceptance, Market Development, Digital and Enterprise Partnerships to execute the plan and uncover new opportunities.
• Develop and track the sales pipeline, creating value propositions for key customers.
• Champion Mastercard Send internally and externally, evaluating business cases, new models and partnerships.
• Prepare top‑management presentations on regional development status.
• Work closely with the regional product team to ensure alignment with market needs.
• Select and monitor KPIs, using insights to design innovative BD approaches.
• Lead market analysis and advise on product and go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in business development across multiple payment types, technologies and customer segments.
• Proven ability to translate strategies into clear action plans across several markets.
• Successful track record managing P&L and sales objectives for multiple regions.
• Experience managing senior‑level relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
