Product Consultant – HCM Services

About the role

We are launching a new Human Capital Management (HCM) product for the HRO market and building a dedicated services team to ensure a seamless post‑sale experience. This role offers a unique chance to join the initiative from the ground floor, working in a fast‑moving, startup‑like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist client users with questions and issues related to the HCM platform.
• Troubleshoot, replicate, and resolve support requests, escalating bugs when necessary.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to diagnose problems and provide status updates.
• Stay up‑to‑date with system capabilities, bug fixes, and new functionality.
• Contribute documentation and video content to the PrismHCM Knowledge Base.
• Train internal staff and customers on various aspects of PrismHCM.

Required profile

• Knowledge of payroll, taxes, benefits, and broader HR operations.
• Strong familiarity with HRIS systems, including payroll and benefits modules.
• Excellent listening, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• High technical inclination and a continuous‑learning mindset.
• Ability to manage tense situations and maintain confidence.
• Independent work style with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative attitude and flexibility to adapt to rapid change.
