About the role

We are a fast‑growing Kenya‑Germany healthcare recruitment startup looking for a German‑speaking Project Lead Coordinator based in Nairobi. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to shape our East Africa operations and potentially lead the region within a few years.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and communicate with nursing candidates in Nairobi.
• Coordinate German language preparation (Goethe A1–B1) for candidates.
• Collect and track candidate documents for German recognition authorities.
• Maintain communication with German partners, hospitals, and authorities.
• Support visa preparation and liaise with the German Embassy in Nairobi.
• Provide weekly reports to the Germany‑based founder.

Required profile

• German language proficiency at B1 level or higher (non‑negotiable).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
• Based in Nairobi and able to work remotely.
• References from a previous employer.
