About the role

We are seeking a diligent Property Manager to oversee commercial and residential assets, ensuring maximum value, tenant satisfaction, and revenue growth. The role involves strategic planning, financial oversight, and strong relationship management.

Key responsibilities

Manage all aspects of assigned properties, both commercial and residential.
Design business plans tailored to customer needs.
Inspect properties and coordinate maintenance to meet standards.
Maintain positive, productive relationships with tenants.
Negotiate leases and contracts with contractors promptly.
Advertise vacant spaces and attract new tenants.
Collect receivables and manage operating expenses.
Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasting requirements and analyzing variances.
Oversee property personnel and assess performance.
Report financial performance regularly and achieve financial targets.
Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
