Report Quality Controller

About the role

The Inventory Report Quality Controller is the final quality‑control checkpoint before property reports are sent to clients. This remote role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while supporting Belfore’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review inventory, check‑in, checkout and mid‑term reports against property photographs and inspection evidence.
• Correct errors, inconsistencies and missing information to ensure reports meet quality standards.
• Identify changes, damage, cleanliness differences and missing items in checkout reports.
• Communicate with field inspectors for clarification and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor report turnaround times to meet client SLAs and record recurring errors.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong proofreading skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
• Good organisation, time‑management and ability to work independently.
• Professional yet friendly communication style and comfortable computer skills.
• Interest or experience in property, inspections, quality assurance or administration.
