Real Estate Agent - Nairobi & Coast

About the role

Pam Golding Properties, a real estate brand active across Africa, is recruiting a real estate agent for its Nairobi and Coast region. The agent drives property sales and leasing in an assigned area, working independently with the support of an established global brand. The role suits people who thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment and can meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source, list and sell or lease residential properties and land in Kilimani, Loresho, Nyali, Kilifi, Vipingo and Kizingo, and commercial properties in Westlands.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and good customer service.
• Conduct viewings, inspections and client needs assessments to match buyers and tenants with suitable properties.
• Negotiate offers, prices and terms to secure favourable outcomes for clients and the company.
• Develop strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed on property trends, pricing and market developments.
• Prepare accurate reports, listings, documentation and client updates.
• Work independently while collaborating with the wider team; successful agents report to their manager and receive training and support.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, property sales or leasing, or business development (e.g. B2B sales) is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required for strong performers.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, customer service and negotiation skills; highly organised, proactive and self-driven.
• Must live in, or be familiar with, the listed areas and must have a personal car (critical requirement).
• Must be comfortable working on a commission basis.
