About the role
Staroot Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join its Nairobi office. You will be the front‑line ambassador for our residential developments, driving client acquisition and closing sales in a fast‑growing market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and nurture prospective buyers.
- Conduct property tours and deliver compelling presentations of our projects.
- Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth contract execution.
- Maintain and grow long‑term relationships with clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, design and operations teams to align on business objectives.
Required profile
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑service mindset with the ability to understand client needs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in real‑estate sales or a similar industry is an advantage.
- Self‑driven, results‑oriented professional.
Required skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
- Experience using CRM software for lead and pipeline management.
