About the role

Staroot Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join its Nairobi office. You will be the front‑line ambassador for our residential developments, driving client acquisition and closing sales in a fast‑growing market.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and nurture prospective buyers.
  • Conduct property tours and deliver compelling presentations of our projects.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Maintain and grow long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design and operations teams to align on business objectives.

Required profile

  • Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer‑service mindset with the ability to understand client needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in real‑estate sales or a similar industry is an advantage.
  • Self‑driven, results‑oriented professional.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications.
  • Experience using CRM software for lead and pipeline management.
