Sales Agents

About the role

We are looking for motivated, energetic Sales Agents to join Dschool World of Learning’s expanding network across Kenya’s 47 counties. As a Sales Agent you will connect schools, parents, learners and community groups with our premium learning books and educational resources, helping children learn better.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Dschool’s learning books and digital solutions to schools, bookshops, churches, community groups and individual customers.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations and customer follow‑ups within an assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing networks of educators, parents and community leaders.
• Achieve sales targets and report progress regularly.
• Attend weekend sales activities when required.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Kiswahili with strong communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage activities in a defined territory.
• Existing contacts with schools, parents, churches, bookshops or community groups are an advantage.
• Genuine interest in education, books and child development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a smartphone and WhatsApp Business for communication and sales coordination.
