About the role
The Salary Loan Officer will promote salary‑based loan products across the Mt. Kenya region, working on‑site in Nairobi.
Key responsibilities
- Promote salary‑based loan products to potential borrowers.
- Identify eligible borrowers and assess their suitability.
- Follow up on repayments and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking or a related field.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in salary lending.
