About the role
Micasso Tile Plaza, a premium destination for luxury tiles, sanitaryware and interior finishes, is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional showroom experience and drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Consult with customers, recommend products and design solutions, and prepare accurate quotations.
- Read and interpret basic building plans, follow up on leads and enquiries, and develop relationships with architects, designers, contractors and developers.
- Maintain showroom presentation, brand standards and strong product knowledge.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years proven retail/showroom sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Strong customer service, communication and numerical abilities.
- Professional appearance, interpersonal skills and passion for interior design and premium home finishes.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS, ERP and CRM systems.
- Ability to prepare quotations and calculate quantities accurately.
