About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Development Manager to lead, mentor and expand a high‑performing B2B sales team. You will design and execute sales strategies, set ambitious targets and leverage tools such as Sales Navigator, Dripify and Apollo to accelerate revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train and coach junior sales professionals to boost overall effectiveness.
- Set individual and team sales targets, provide regular feedback and monitor performance.
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Continuously refine the sales process for greater efficiency.
- Introduce and manage sales technologies to improve productivity.
- Deliver sales training programs and track key metrics such as revenue growth and conversion rates.
- Identify, qualify and nurture leads through outbound prospecting and weekly sales shows.
- Conduct compelling presentations, product demos, negotiate contracts and close deals.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a record of exceeding targets.
- Exceptional closing ability and strong client rapport skills.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
